Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colby by IHG

Wonderful check-in experience. Breakfast was very good. Pillows were perfect. I will stay again next time I come thru.

Stayed there Oct 10-12 2025. Everything as expected. Room and service were fine. We hit the breakfast room at the rush, some people didn't have a place to sit. The Kitchen person was doing OK, but she had her cleaning towels and sprayer etc. permanently parked on one of the tables. She did this both mornings, so it's a habit. At rush, if she'd put her stuff in the kitchen instead, then that would have been one more table where people could sit. Some ended up taking their food to their rooms for lack of a place to sit. Sure, the building is not brand new, but it was well maintained, clean etc. I don't see a need to replace it, other than perhaps the company wants something bigger.

Our cat was not ready to leave your hotel! We could not find him. I talked to Shelby at the desk and told her the situation. She and Dave in Maintenance, came to our room and lifted the mattress and box springs to locate our cat. It was above and beyond the call of duty! They were so patient and kind and eager to help! It was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here anytime we are passing through Colby!

This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express Suites that we had ever stayed at on 12/26/2025 to 12/27/2025. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The staff that prepared breakfast at this Holiday Inn Colby Kansas are top notched. They made sure that nothing ran out like bananas, gravy sauce, bacon, cheese omelette, the biscuits were so darn good. They have a small fridge stocked with yogurt, butter, chocolate milk, half and half, two different kinds of cream cheese. They also had oatmeal, cereal and you could make your own pancakes if you wanted to. The plus of staying at this Holiday Inn was that a Walmart is only half a mile away easy to walk to. I highly recommend that if you go through Colby Kansas to stay at this Holiday Inn you will not be disappointed.

Stayed here on a road trip through Kansas. The breakfast staff were warm and welcoming to my kids and I. The staff was on point, keeping the food fresh and warm. Our room was clean and properly appointed. Nothing appeared to be broken. All the appliances typical in a room were in a small cabinet to reduce noise and the ambient light they typically emit. Highly recommend.

Super good service, the breakfast area super good food. The rooms super clean the people who serve the breakfast super sweet and kind especially Raedean she’s was so sweet and super nice

The hotal was pretty nice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options for different dietary options. My only complaint would be the furniture seems a bit over used and could be replaced or mended. The chairs fabric in the front entrance are worn and loose and the bed side table in the bedroom's drawer kept opening itself. Other than those two small things I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn here in Colby.

Hotel was nice. Good location. Plenty of parking. The staff were super nice and professional. Breakfast was good (had bacon). The beds were comfortable. The room was cozy. Water pressure was good.
